Online - You will need to register your business with us to obtain a password to view prices and place orders.  To do this please go to the Register/Login Menu.  Alternatively please register on our new website www.trimcraftdirect.co.uk for the current range of craft products and all new product launches since Summer 2007.

Please be aware that when ordering on this web site after approx 1 to 1 1/2 hours, time out will occur and you won't be able to send the order.

If you do spend some time compiling a order either print it at the end and fax to us or split the order and send it in two parts.

A Guide to ordering online

Step 1     Register or log in with your email address and password.

Step 2     Choose your product and if applicable use the drop down menu to choose your colour or pack quantities.

Step 3     Click quote cart to order, you will now view your quote cart and have the opportunity to alter or delete the items at anytime.  To continue shopping click the message at the bottom of the quote cart.

Step 4     Continue ordering as above.

Step 5     When order is complete please read terms and conditions on the quote cart and tick the appropriate box to confirm.

Step 6     Click send order.

Step 7     Your personal contact details will then be listed, please check, make any changes if necessary and click proceed.

Step 8     Your order and customer details will be displayed, please check and click send order if correct.

You have now placed your order with CraftWorld.  Once order has been picked and invoiced we will contact you for payment.  Please DO NOT email or send your bank or card details.

Terms & Conditions

Trading Terms

Minimum order £50 exclusive of VAT - Carriage will be charged on despatched order.

Carriage paid order value minimum £200 net of VAT mainland UK only.  Carriage will be charged for areas outside mainland UK.

Order values apply to entire range of products CraftWorld/Trimcraft Direct distribute.

Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, Debit or Credit card.

If any of your contact details have changed please email us the changes to ensure correct deliveries.

Your information is held securely and we do not sell information to other companies.
